Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The trial is the full plugin, free for 30 days, and you don’t need an account. After that, the plugin passes your audio through unchanged until a license activates it. To start the trial, download it from the plugin’s page, or have the link emailed. Buy it later and activate it in the plugin’s Account tab; your settings and presets stay.
Do I need an account?
Not for the trial. You can create one any time: Sign in asks for your email address, and if it has no account yet, the link we email you creates one. Buying makes an account for you if you have none yet, and your license and invoice land there. There is no password either way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Paddle, our merchant of record, runs the checkout. It takes major credit and debit cards and PayPal, plus local methods depending on your country.
How do I get the plugin after buying?
Right away. We email you a link to your account, and the installers, your license and the invoice are there.
Where do I find my invoice?
In three places: Paddle emails it right after payment; your account lists your orders, each paid one with an “Invoice” link unless it was refunded; and “View invoices” in the account opens Paddle’s own portal with all your invoices and payment details.
Can I get an invoice with my VAT ID?
Yes. Enter your business details and VAT ID at checkout and the invoice includes them. Valid EU business VAT IDs are charged under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable. Need different billing details on an invoice that is already issued? Email support@sonaut.audio. Paddle can revise the details on a completed transaction once, on request.
Do you offer refunds?
Every plugin has a free 30-day trial of the full plugin, so you can check that it runs on your system and that you like it before buying. Paddle, the seller, handles refunds: consumers in the EU can withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days, and any other refund is Paddle’s to decide. Are updates free?
Yes, free forever, and that includes major new versions.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes, for students and teachers with proof of enrollment or employment. Write to support with a photo of your student card, or from a school email address, and we send you a discount code.
